Hostfolks Refund Policy For Hosting Accounts with 30-day trial
Accounts that opt for the 30-day free trial can apply for a full refund for any amount paid directly for hosting services. All refund requests must be made before midnight on the 30th day of the offer. Any refund requests made after the 30-day offer are not eligable for a refund.
Hostfolks Refund Policy For Hosting Accounts
Hostfolks will refund you any unused time already prepaid for on hosting accounts. For example if your billing date is on the 15th of the month and you cancel your account requesting a refund on the 10th of the month Hostfolks will refund to your original payment method a prorata refund of 5 days. Refunds are not available for time already used on your account. If you wish to try our service before signing up please contact us to arrange a free trial.
To cancel your account please open a helpdesk ticket or email support requesting account closure.
Dedicated Server And VPS Refund Policy
No refund will be due for any dedicated or VPS service. Once a cancellation request is made the service will not be billed again and will be taken offline at the next billing date. All cancelation requests must be made within
